Micro Plate Kit

  • New simple design to add just a little weight to the Quick-Lock Dumbbells.
  • Kit comes with four 1.25 lb disc plates.
  • This kit adds 1.25 lbs to each end of Quick-Lock Dumbbell handle or 2.5 lbs total if used on both ends.
  • Will also fit our EZ Curl Bar and Straight Bar.
  • Note: Will reduce the maximum capacity of the dumbbells by one plate since it takes up some locking screw space.

  • This kit adds 15 lbs to each Quick-Lock Dumbbell handle. Works with all our dumbbell weight sizes.
  • Increases empty handle weight from 5 lbs to 20 lbs to give a new range of weight.
  • Does not add any extra size to the dumbbell, only more weight.
