Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained on our website is accurate and up to date, Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes. This is due to continuous product development specifications, possible colour changes and we may also substitute a product for one of similar or better quality.

How to Order
All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order.
Please note: in all cases we must have a contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept PayPal online only.
Orders must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification.
If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery, then you are responsible for all return freight charges to Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return. If you cancel your order in writing within 14 working days of delivery of your item(s), it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and insured against loss or damage and the goods arrive in an as new, saleable condition by a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging/low trees/shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges.

Collection of faulty products
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, you must email us photos and a description of the fault. We will then either arrange to have this item collected free of charge, an engineer will call or we will provide remedial advice at our discretion. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.
Once the items are received back at Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.
Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs. Goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a restocking charge.
Ironmaster warrants to the original purchaser that our Home Fitness Products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a specific period from date of purchase based on the part type listed below. During the warranty period, Ironmaster will either repair or replace, at its option, defective part(s) at no charge. Warranty covers personal in home use only. Warranties apply to original purchaser only with proof of purchase and are not transferable.
Benches, machines and attachments: 10 years for frame and structural, functional components. 1 year for normal wear items such as rubber, upholstered parts and surface finishes. 2 years for cables. Dumbbells and Kettlebells: lifetime for structural and functional components.
The warranties described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above, shall constitute complete fulfilment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Ironmaster to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall Ironmaster be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd or Authorized service Contractor. This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear of the product purchased. Nor shall Ironmaster be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage.
