Returns

All returns MUST be authorized by Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd. Equipment may be returned within 30 of days receipt. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return the goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The cost of delivering the goods will be deducted from any refund.

All items must be packed up in the original boxes and ALL the internal plastic and separators must be used to help prevent shipping damage on the return transit. Hardware should be taped together and/or put into a plastic bag as well as located to prevent scratching of painted parts.

Even chrome plated parts should be packed with separators to prevent dents and dings that can occur with this heavy gear. Be sure to use plenty of strong packaging tape, especially on boxes of weight plates, to keep the boxes held together. Any loose parts should be secured in place to prevent movement. Do not apply tape directly to the parts inside as this leaves residue that will require excessive cleaning.

Important: Please include the original invoice or a note with your contact information so we can look up your order file.

If you are missing any of the original packaging or are unsure how to re-pack, please contact Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd for additional instructions or details on using alternate materials.

Items received back without the original packaging or in poor condition upon inspection caused by inadequate packaging or missing items may be assessed a refurbishing or replacement fee which will be deducted from your refund. This will be a minimum of 15%. Light signs of use are expected and will not be assessed fees. Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd will refund your payment method within 2-3 days receipt at our warehouse.

Collection of faulty products:

In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault (proof of purchase will be required) or is found to be faulty upon delivery, you must email us photos and a description of the fault. We will then either arrange to have this item collected free of charge, an engineer will call or we will provide remedial advice at our discretion. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty. If when the carrier arrives to collect the goods they are found not to be available/ready, a charge, which will be payable by you, will be made for the carrier to recollect.

Once the items are received back at Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.

Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you, and all delivery charges will be payable by you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs.

How do returns work with PayPal Pay in 3?

If you’ve already paid instalments and your refund amount is more than the balance remaining that you need to pay, your PayPal account will be refunded.

If your refund amount is less than the amount you have left to pay, your refund will be split equally across the remaining 2 instalments so the amount for the remaining 2 instalments will be adjusted. For example, if you place an order with 3 items, and you decide to return 1 of them after making an instalment, the value of the returned item gets deducted from the total of your balance and the leftover instalments get reduced accordingly.

If you have any questions about your PayPal pay in 3 order, please contact PayPal Customer Service.
