    I personally really like these. They have an inset screw to lock them in place. Look and function very well. The Ironmaster plates which buy them are really the best for the money, slide on them very easily and don't scratch them AT ALL. They really are a must if you use the Ironmaster plates. They are strong, made of some very hard material and have nice caps on them. I feel they're a bit pricey but if you're investing in the IM 2000, they're great and will definitely last well. Mine have never been scratched. The plates slide on and off effortlessly Awesome product

    Enhanced looks. These greatly enhance the look of the rack and really keeps the weights more securely and allows them to slide on and off with ease. You have to tighten more than you would think but once you do they typically don't need re-tightening for a while. The only gripe is these should come with the rack for free but still a great product.

    I got the IM2000 and a set of the olympic weights. Having the sleeve makes retrieval and return very easy and the weights stay where they're put. If you're getting or have olympic weights, this is almost a must-have.
