    I have had this attachment for well over a year now and absolutely love it. Starting in the top position and then using my angles 90 grips on weight horns when doing these for stability and it's just more comfortable than grabbing the bar. The 70% weight efficiency that it says, seems a bit low and I feel due to how I do these it's closer to 80% and that is more in line with the weight and reps load that I am doing. I highly recommend getting this, just way better than a back squat.

    I took a chance on this as I wanted to see if this add on would allow me to retire my standalone belt squat so I could make more room in the gym. The incredible thing is that this is actually better than the dedicated machine mentioned. The weight resistance is so smooth thanks to the IM2000s bearing system and the way that the bar moves with you is perfect for holding on OR you can easily hold the uprights. The depth and range of motion achievable on this is excellent too. Within minutes of installing I disassembled the standalone machine and will plan on selling it. Great job Ironmaster.

Unlike many belt squat systems that start at the bottom of the movement, this attachment starts in the upper position. That makes each set easier to start and stop safely, and significantly easier to get into position when you're training with heavier loads.
