    My favourite attachment. I have the Ironmaster Superbench and several attachments. My favorite attachment is the crunch situp/decline. It is perfect for crunches, leg raises and for just hanging on the bench to stretch. It, along with the super bench, is very, very sturdy. It easily and snugly attaches to the bench. Just slide it in, and lock it into place within seconds. I feel the attachment and bench are near-commercial quality that should give me decades of use.

    Solid, like all Ironmaster products. Pretty much mandatory for the Superbench as you will use this attachment for not only abs, but decline presses, flyes, etc. On and off in about ten seconds, and very firm when in place due to double securing: a spring pin, and a screw knob.

    Favorite Attachment for Super Bench! I have the Super Bench with a few other attachments and the crunch situp/decline is my favorite! It is extremely sturdy and easily attaches to the bench with its slide and lock operation. I use this attachment for crunches, decline presses, stretching, and leg raises.
