    I started with the regular QLKB set up and worked my way up to comfortable with the full load (57.5 lbs). The system works great, the screw holds tight and nothing shifts around while working with the kettlebell. I was excited to reward myself with the additional weight from the add-on kit, and when it showed up, I was just like a kid during the holidays. I assembled the new weight block and screw to see what the fit was like and, while it was just as perfect as the first setup, I was nervous about the possibility of the extra length of the threads sticking out toward the handle beating up my hand. Those concerns weren't necessary, as those threads never come into play when I have the KB set at 47.5 lbs while using the long screw. The excess threads disappear at the 62.5 lbs load and are an afterthought at all higher loads. The QLKB has great balance even though it can get a bit long as the weight piles on. The handle has great texture and holds chalk well. I highly recommend this upgrade for those who fancy being dedicated to the kettlebell.
