    I had the original 22.5 model but find this one more practical since it has a lower starting weight. I find this beneficial when working small, supporting, muscles. I have a set of the long screws in addition to the standard ones, so this can easily support higher weight as well. The handle has a nice thickness and shape; it works great for anything from goblet squats to Turkish getups. I thoroughly enjoy it and have no regrets on the purchase.
