    What an awesome home bench leg attachment. Most home gym bench leg attachments are flimsy, noisy, low load capacity and designed so poorly they hurt your knees. The Ironmaster leg attachment seems bomb-proof. It takes a higher load than any home bench leg attachment on the market that I’ve seen. It feels really smooth and puts the resistance at the right places and supports your knees perfectly.

    After purchasing the SuperBench I started looking to see if I would benefit from any of the attachments Ironmaster provided. As I hadnt trained my legs in far too long due to lack of equipment at home I figured the leg developer would be a good place to start. I was not disappointed! Solid, good range of motion and sturdy enough to take 90kg! Perfect! I am so happy as I am finally able to train my full body at home. I would highly recommend this addition to anyone thinking of buying it.

    I bought this attachment for my superbench and love it. This attachment easily attaches to your Ironmaster Super Bench and is great for adding leg workouts to your bench. Has 200+ lbs capacity and includes an Olympic Sleeve for Olympic or Standard weight, Heavy duty foam padding and heavy duty bearing action This attachment like all Iron master products is solid, well built and will last forever.

Is the Leg Attachment compatible with my Super Bench?

The Leg Attachment is for the Original Super Bench. If you have the PRO V2 version of the bench, you'll need to get the Leg Attachment PRO.

What plates can I use?

Olympic, Standard, and post-2011 Quick-Lock plates will work. Pre-2011 plates may not fit due to tighter tolerances.

Is it comfortable to use?

Yes. Thick foam roller pads and adjustable positions let you set up properly, so every rep feels comfortable and controlled.

Is it suitable for heavy training?

Absolutely. It's rated up to 200 lbs (91 kg), which is more than sufficient for controlled, effective leg training.

Please Note: Users over 6'2" may find that the Super Bench in the flat position doesn't provide enough floor clearance. This can be easily fixed by tilting the bench up one notch. For added space when using heavy weights, placing a 3-inch block of wood under the support foot can provide extra clearance.
