    What an awesome home bench leg attachment. Most home gym bench leg attachments are flimsy, noisy, low load capacity and designed so poorly they hurt your knees. The Ironmaster leg attachment seems bomb-proof. It takes a higher load than any home bench leg attachment on the market that I’ve seen. It feels really smooth and puts the resistance at the right places and supports your knees perfectly.

    After purchasing the SuperBench I started looking to see if I would benefit from any of the attachments Ironmaster provided. As I hadnt trained my legs in far too long due to lack of equipment at home I figured the leg developer would be a good place to start. I was not disappointed! Solid, good range of motion and sturdy enough to take 90kg! Perfect! I am so happy as I am finally able to train my full body at home. I would highly recommend this addition to anyone thinking of buying it.

    I bought this attachment for my superbench and love it. This attachment easily attaches to your Ironmaster Super Bench and is great for adding leg workouts to your bench. Has 200+ lbs capacity and includes an Olympic Sleeve for Olympic or Standard weight, Heavy duty foam padding and heavy duty bearing action This attachment like all Iron master products is solid, well built and will last forever.

Is the Leg Attachment PRO compatible with my Super Bench?

The Leg Attachment PRO is specially designed and developed exclusively for the Super Bench PRO V2. If you have the original bench, you'll need to get the Original Leg Attachment.

What weight plates can I use?

You can use Olympic, Standard, and Ironmaster Quick-Lock plates (note: pre-2011 Quick-Lock plates may not fit).

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The Leg Attachment PRO is rated for up to 200 lbs (91 kg).

The Super Bench PRO V2 should be set to a 10-degree angle to ensure proper clearance and positioning.

Smooth, Controlled Movement

A heavy-duty bearing system delivers smooth rotation through every leg extension and curl, giving you consistent resistance and better control, even at heavy loads.

Multi-Plate Compatibility

The attachment supports Standard and Olympic plates (with the included Olympic sleeve adapter) as well as Ironmaster Quick-Lock plates. This flexibility lets you train immediately using the weights you already own.

Adjustable for Proper Fit

The foam roller pads adjust to two positions to fit different leg lengths, keeping you properly aligned and comfortable through every rep.

Heavy-Duty Comfort & Durability

Thick 4″ x 7″ (add rough metric dimensions) foam rollers provide strong support while maintaining comfort during intense sessions. Vinyl covers protect the pads and ensure long-lasting durability in your home gym.

Please Note: Before using the Leg Attachment PRO, set the Super Bench PRO V2 to a 10-degree incline. This angle provides enough floor clearance for leg extensions and places you at a slight decline while lying down.

High quality piece of equipment. There are 2 fixed positions for pad placement. Definitely nice to be able to customize a little. I'm 5’10 and it works great for me.

Does the job. The only issue I have is doing hamstring curls. It is not comfortable on the part of your leg above your knees (lower quads area of your leg) when doing moderately heavy weight.

I was a little skeptical about buying this accessory but got it a month ago and must say it hits muscles you really can't hit easily and it does it as good as the ones in the gym. Since Covid I gave up my membership and have spent a fair amount with Ironmaster with no regrets. Works well, built like a brick house, what more can you ask for?

Well worth it to throw this into your gym. Such a smartly designed piece to add some versatility to your super bench pro. Works great as both a leg extension and leg curl...might try some bicep curls with it too ;)

My 2nd add-on for the Super Bench Pro. Quick and easy assembly, easy to attach to the bench, and very smooth movement. I do the leg curls lying prone as well as single-leg standing by removing the top bar and pads from the unit (only takes a minute to remove and re-attach when done). Slow concentric and eccentric movement when perfroming both leg extensions and leg curls. Feels great and great value.

Outstanding add-on
I've been adding more and more attachments to my IM SuperBench Pro. This one I was worried about the most. I've had other leg ext/curl attachments before and found them to be cheaply made. I have/had a standalone Parabody leg ext/curl that I've had for years and loved. I needed to make room in my gym and decided to try the IM attachment. This is by far the sturdiest I've ever used, the front stabilizer leg is the difference maker. That makes the attachment extremely sturdy and smooth. I actually prefer the feel of the lying leg curl on this over my old standalone unit. I sold the Parabody and this attachment takes up very little room. Great addition to my home gym.

Leg Accessory
This accessory has a solid build unlike the cheaper bench leg attachments in your large chain stores. I don't feel like it gets overloaded when I put extra weight on it. Super.

Great product But I wish that they made this like the lat tower where you can actually put the 75 pound dumbbells on where you slide the Dumbbells onto it and you’re able to do your leg extension and curls. Other than that super high-quality.

MUST HAVE Attachment for your Super Bench Pro!
I've purchased from Ironmaster a couple times now and can say that all of their products are consistently high quality. The leg attachment is sturdy and feels great for leg extensions. Setup was easy, packaging was fantastic (great move on adding the cardboard strip for the foam rolls), and shipping was very fast. No complaints here, solid 5/5

This is how you destroy your legs in a very good way! Smooth action both curls and extensions. I recommend getting the sleeves to protect the cushions. Overall outstanding build quality and easy assembly process.

Great piece to add to the gym
I had the original but I actually like this pro model more because I feel like it sits a little higher off the ground and as a 6 foot 2 inch tall guy the extra clearance helps. Bough for the home gym to incorporate some more leg exercises. Does it’s job very well.

I’ve been using this for around 6 month since upgrading to the IM Pro bench from the original, the main improvement in this version for me is using it for leg curls, the bench is in a slight decline angle when connected making leg curls feel much more comfortable.

It feels well made, robust and smooth in use.

Killer pumps incoming!

This is a great attachment at a low cost to hit the quads and hammies on the superbench.

Very heavy duty and will take more weight than I will ever likely lift.

The new design puts the bench at an angle now too which feels better than being straight flat.
