    I got this for weighted pushups and it works well. Velcro is quite secure and weights are snug. The vest is adjustable but seems to be intended mainly for large people (I am 6 foot and 195 lbs).

    I bought this vest as I already had the weights. I was pleasantly surprised with its quality given its modest price. Mainly purchased for weighted dips and pull ups but got into short distance rucking as well. I can easily fit 25 lbs of plates in each pocket, so the max weight of the vest is 100 lbs. I am not sure iron master engineered stitches to hold that much but definitely higher capacity than listed.

The Ultimate Training Vest 70 allows you to add up to 70 lb (32 kg) using Ironmaster Quick-Lock plates in 2.5 lb (1.1 kg) and 5 lb (2.2 kg) increments. This makes it easy to progressively increase resistance as your strength and conditioning improve.
