Warranty Information

Ironmaster products are engineered for durability and are backed by the following warranty for personal, in-home use only.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Benches, Machines & Attachments

  • 10 years on structural frame and functional components
  • 2 years on cables
  • 1 year on normal wear items such as upholstery, rubber parts and surface finishes

Dumbbells & Kettlebells

  • Lifetime warranty on structural and functional components

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Improper assembly
  • Unauthorised repairs
  • Commercial or institutional use (unless agreed separately)

IronmasterUK reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
