Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.

Website Information

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or price changes.

Due to ongoing product development, specifications and colours may change. We reserve the right to substitute a product with one of similar or higher quality where necessary.

All products are subject to availability.

All equipment is supplied flat packed and requires assembly unless otherwise stated. Installation may be available for an additional charge.

You should consult your GP or medical professional before starting any exercise programme or using strength training equipment. Use of equipment is at your own risk.

Orders

All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or before being ordered from the supplier, including back order items.

Payment secures allocation of incoming stock. If you choose not to pay in advance for a back order item, stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

A valid contact telephone number is required for all orders.

Orders must be delivered to the cardholder’s registered address unless agreed with us in advance.

Delivery

You must inform Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd or the carrier of any access restrictions before delivery. This includes steps, narrow access, overhanging trees, steep driveways or any other restriction that may prevent access.

We cannot accept claims for compensation arising from failed or refused delivery where access restrictions were not disclosed. If delivery is refused due to access issues, carriage charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Promotional Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined.

Orders placed using multiple codes will be cancelled and refunded.

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from our website for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but before it has been received, or if you refuse delivery, you are responsible for all return freight charges to Ironmaster UK / Valley Fitness Ltd.

If you refuse delivery because the goods have arrived damaged, you will not be charged for return carriage.

If you cancel your order in writing within 14 working days of delivery, you are responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Goods must be securely packed, insured against loss or damage, and returned in an as-new, saleable condition using a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery.
