Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently from our UK warehouse, ensuring your equipment reaches you safely and without delay.
Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Expected delivery is between 2–5 working days from the date your order is placed.
During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We always aim to keep you informed.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is £4.94 to mainland UK addresses.
The following postcode areas may incur a surcharge, including but not limited to:
BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW, G and offshore locations.
Any applicable surcharge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Methods
The shipping method is determined by the size and weight of your order. Due to the nature of heavy-duty strength equipment, different courier services are required.
We use:
- APC for parcel deliveries
- A pallet freight network for large or heavy items
The shipping method cannot be selected manually.
Orders Sent via APC (Parcel Service)
- Next working day service after dispatch
- Delivery between 8am and 4pm
- Signature required
- Tracking details provided by email
- Rescheduling available directly with APC
- Collection from local APC depot may be possible
Delivery timeslots cannot be provided.
Orders Sent via Pallet Freight
Large or heavy items will be shipped via a kerbside pallet service.
This allows us to safely transport commercial-grade equipment while maintaining competitive shipping rates.
- We will contact you to arrange a delivery date.
- The delivery window is typically between 7am and 7pm.
- Delivery is kerbside only.
- Pallets are not removed by the courier.
You are responsible for moving goods from the ground floor delivery point into your property.
Delivery Information
Because much of our equipment is heavy and substantial, it is important that delivery access is suitable before ordering.
Please read the following carefully.
Delivery Address Requirements
Orders must be delivered to the cardholder’s registered billing address unless agreed with us in advance.
If you require delivery to an alternative address, please contact us prior to ordering. Additional verification may be required.
Restricted Access
You must inform us of any access restrictions before dispatch.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Steps or stair access
- Narrow lanes
- Tight bends
- Steep driveways
- Low hanging trees or obstacles
-
Limited vehicle access
If access restrictions are not disclosed and delivery fails as a result, carriage charges will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Kerbside Deliveries
Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside only.
Drivers are not insured to:
- Enter your property
- Move equipment indoors
- Carry goods upstairs
If you live in a block of flats, delivery will be made to the ground-floor entrance only.
Please ensure you have suitable assistance available on the day of delivery.
Refused Deliveries
If delivery is refused, or if equipment cannot be delivered due to size restrictions at your property, you will be responsible for both outward and return carriage costs.
We strongly recommend checking product dimensions before ordering. If you require boxed dimensions, please contact us.
Checking Your Delivery
When your order arrives:
- Count all packages.
- Inspect for visible damage.
- Compare with the delivery note.
If there are missing items or visible damage:
- Note it clearly on the delivery note.
- Cross out “Delivered in good condition”.
- Inform us within 48 hours.
Signing without noting damage confirms receipt in good condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
Delivery Date Requests
You may request a preferred delivery date in the checkout comments section.
The date must be at least three working days after ordering.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, however, please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
