All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or before stock is allocated to your order.

All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Payment Security

Your payment security is extremely important to us.

Card details are not stored or handled by IronmasterUK. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways operated by trusted third-party providers.

At the point of payment, you will be transferred to a secure payment page. Although this may appear branded as our website, it is processed securely by the payment provider.

Our staff do not have access to your full card details at any time.

Billing Address Requirements

Orders must be delivered to the registered billing address of the cardholder unless agreed with us in advance.

If you require delivery to an alternative address (for example, a workplace), please contact us before placing your order. Additional verification may be required for security purposes.

We are unable to process orders without a valid contact telephone number.

Back Orders & Pre-Orders

If an item is out of stock and placed on back order:

• Full payment secures your allocation from the next incoming shipment.
• If you prefer not to pay in advance, we can leave the item on back order, but stock availability cannot be guaranteed.

This ensures fairness in allocating limited incoming stock.

Promotional Codes

Only one promotional or discount code may be used per order.

Orders placed using multiple codes will be cancelled and refunded in full.

PayPal Pay in 3

If you choose PayPal Pay in 3:

• Your agreement is directly with PayPal.
• Instalments are managed by PayPal.
• Any refund will be processed back to PayPal and adjusted against your instalment plan accordingly.

If your refund exceeds the remaining balance, the surplus will be returned to your PayPal account.

If your refund is less than your remaining balance, your remaining instalments will be adjusted.
