Pre-orders that have been placed are still scheduled to dispatch as quickly as possible after our stock arrives at the end of the month.
Pre-orders containing dumbbells will still dispatch approximately 3 weeks later (as orders are dispatching complete i.e. if an order includes a dumbbell set and a Super Bench then the order will dispatch together (complete) with the dumbbells.)
We cannot give exact delivery dates, but please be rest assured we will try to dispatch all pre-orders within a couple of days of receiving the stock.
We have additional stock of most items (apart from Dumbbells and Kettlebells) arriving in July. Further information regarding ordering this will be provided in the next week or so.
It is then looking like we will have further stock of most items (INCLUDING Dumbbells and Kettlebells!) arriving in August. Further information regarding this will be provided closer to the time.
Again, I must sincerely apologise for the delays in replies to enquiries. We are swamped with daily emails and calls on top of the backlog of email enquiries. Most enquiries can be answered by reading this page, or will be answered on this page as soon as we have updates. If you only check back once a week you will not miss the next round of pre-orders.

To all of you that have been by our side through this pre-orders wave, a big and well-deserved thank you!
I know this has been a heck of a ride and, as much as it has been a pleasant experience seeing your participation and support, it was also one of the toughest batterings our website and staff could endure.
Here at IronmasterUK we take pride in being honest and in fair play, which is why I, James, would like to answer some of your questions:
During our initial pre-order attempt on 1st May our website received hundreds of customers (and a DDOS attack) trying to purchase at the same time. We all know how that ended. Today, those numbers at least tripled. We do load/stress testing but, unfortunately, we could not anticipate this much traffic coming in at once.
We received suggestions regarding using CloudFront and CloudFlare after the initial pre-order launch on 1st May. Unfortunately, the areas these two services cover were not the bottleneck, so they would not have helped.
Reserving stock if it was added to someone’s basket was not a viable solution as “window shoppers” would have blocked access to products for all the people intending to purchase them. Instead, we reserved stock for orders that were started until successful payment confirmation was received. Unfortunately for some of you, the stock was exhausted in between you getting from the checkout to the payment provider, and were turned back.
I promised to consider a queuing system so that the experience was more orderly. However, our estimations approximated that the 200th person in the queue could have ended up waiting for 30 minutes before actually getting onto the website. In those 30 minutes, a lot of items would have gone out of stock. In that case, I decided that waiting only to see there is nothing to purchase was a more frustrating experience and therefore the wrong approach.
Now on the bright side, this has been a truly epic experience and a positive lesson. I have been reminded that we have a supportive community and that people are awesome despite going through difficult times.
I want to apologise to the people that had to wait and experienced stress, and I hope we can make it right for you in the near future. I hope we have not let you down and that you can understand our point of view.

Apologies for the previous technical issues.
We experienced a number of technical difficulties last night and, unfortunately, we were not able to provide you with the experience you deserve.
I would like to share with you the chain of events hoping you can understand our position and the steps we have taken to rectify this:
– we saw volumes of traffic that we could not anticipate.
– on top of that, from what we discovered later, it appears we were also been victims of a DDOS attack (massive amounts of malicious requests being sent to the website).
– and to make the situation more difficult, Virgin Media went down for about 15 minutes just after midnight across the UK, making it more challenging for our technical team to resolve the issues
On the bright side, only 5 orders were placed successfully, meaning that there are still plenty of items available for pre-order on Monday. Do not worry, you have not missed your chance!
I understand you sacrificed time from your evening to try to make your purchase and, for this, you have my deepest respect! However, please accept my sincere apologies for the night’s inconveniences.

Pre-orders cannot contain more than 1 of each product.
Payment via Bank Transfer will not be an option.
It has been brought to our attention that there are a number of “people” (I use that term loosely) planning to purchase multiples of products with a view to reselling them on eBay and Facebook Marketplace at vastly increased prices. This is not ethical and is unfair for the hundreds of people after equipment from us. We are therefore limiting the quantity of a particular item to one per order.
Orders can contain multiple different items (such as a Super Bench and a Quick-Lock Dumbbell Set) but orders cannot contain more than one of the same item (such as 3 x Quick-Lock Dumbbell Sets).
We also reserve the right to refund and cancel orders if multiple orders that contain the same items are made by the same person or to the same delivery address.
We have also decided to remove the payment via Bank Transfer option as payment confirmation is not swift and may create a number of issues that will prevent people from securing their pre-orders.
I hope the things that we are putting in place are understandable and allow everyone an equal opportunity to pre-order Ironmaster home gym equipment.

Dumbbells are due to arrive approximately 3 weeks later.
We will now dispatch orders complete, i.e. if an order includes a dumbbell set and a Super Bench then the order will dispatch together (complete) with the dumbbells.
We are, unfortunately, not going to receive stock of kettlebells or barbells until later in the year. Therefore, pre-orders will not be available on these items since we can’t provide you an estimated delivery date.
Pre-orders commence at 00:01 am on 1st May.
If you are able to place an order and complete your payment then you have your pre-order.
Despite the very poor recent exchange rates affecting our costs of operation alongside increased demand for home gym equipment, we will not be reviewing our prices until after this pre-orders wave. We may, however, have to increase prices in the near future – but price gouging during a pandemic is a 🍆 move and does not sit right with us at all.
As previously mentioned, we will still be offering 0% finance. However, it has come to our attention that depending on your credit score your application might not be instantly accepted. In some instances, the finance provider will need to have manual verification with you which will occur during their business hours, commencing at 9am. In such circumstances, and given the limited amount of stock, we can not promise the items you intended to buy will still be in stock when your application gets reviewed. We therefore strongly recommend, to avoid disappointment, completing your order swiftly via debit/credit card or via PayPal.
Thank you again for your patience and apologies if it has taken some time to reply to your calls and emails. We have received a truly unbelievable number of enquiries and have been trying our best to get back to each and every one of you.

We will have stock of most items apart from dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells late May.

As you will have seen, we have been sold out of many items for weeks now. Months worth of orders in a couple of days.
Our supply chain has been affected for a few months already so it is taking us longer to restock than normal. However, we do have stock on its way 🙂
After a lot of deliberation on how to proceed, we have listened to the hundreds of people asking if they can place a pre-order so they know they have secured equipment as early as possible.
From 00:01am on 1st May pre-orders (paid in full) can be placed on our site. It is likely that all of the incoming stock will be pre-sold swiftly (possibly that day).
Our 0% interest finance option will be available, but please note that there may be a delay receiving application confirmations/declines from the finance provider until after 9am. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Pre-made packages will not be available on the site. However, our custom package builder will be available and provides the same (or larger) discounts as you would have received with pre-made packages. This is to make sure our stock levels can be correctly and instantly managed to prevent the possibility of anyone being able to order something that has sold out.
If orders include a Quick-Lock Dumbbell then they will dispatch in two parts, with the dumbbell dispatching separately when they are back in stock. This allows you to enjoy the discounts available with the custom package builder and receive your equipment as quickly as possible.
We are able to dispatch orders throughout the UK and Ireland, with orders arriving 1-3 working days after dispatch.
PS. Please note that due to the sheer volume of enquiries and our reduced team, we currently cannot reply to telephone messages and there can be substantial delays with our email replies.
